Chief Operating Officer
Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy
Alisa Forsythe has been an invaluable member of our team at the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) for the past decade. She began as a Business Analyst and quickly took on responsibilities beyond the scope of her role including managing the departmental budget, vendors, and more. She effectively supported FACT through a decade of rapid growth resulting in a reclassification of her role as the Director of Technology Services. During her tenure, she has led and supported countless diverse and interdepartmental initiatives from initiation through launch. Her more notable accomplishments include a rebuild of the mission critical FACT Accreditation Portal, all technical aspects of FACTs transition to an independent entity from UNMC, our website rebranding, and implementing Single Sign-On. Furthermore, she has demonstrated the ability to perform the duties of a manager, leading others with kindness and honesty, investing her time and efforts in their continued professional growth all resulting in a loyal, high-performing team. She remains a valued member of the FACT team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering her. I am excited to see her growth continue beyond FACT and know she will excel wherever she goes.

Alisa Forsythe was my manager at American Title, Inc. Her leadership style is like a coach or mentor. She created opportunities for her staff including options for promotion, attending training to obtain new skills, coordinating on-site training event for Win-Win negotiation, and offering BA training sessions taught by her. She listened to her staff and acted as an advocate for them in discussions with the company owners. She is one of the best managers I had during my time at American Title and I would eagerly accept positions reporting to her in the future.

I worked with Alisa Forsythe on-site at CENTCOM in Tampa, Florida as a Consultant rolling out Microsoft Dynamics CRM, 4.0 with Accenture’s Task Management Tool. During my time on-site, Alisa was reliable, outgoing, personable, tech savvy, and hard working. Her training was engaging and she had a natural ability to explain technical concepts to senior leaders in a way that they quickly understand. I would definitely work with her again.
